2,864 PointsSupporting resources to the C# course
Hello everybody, I made my subscription to Treehouse about 4 days ago and I'm already loving this site. I'm going through the front-end and C# course. Togheter with the front-end course I'm using the two books by John Duckett.. I have got a very small experience in programming with C++ and I would like to find a book to help me to follow the c# course and to get a good grasp of the language, any suggestions ?.... Please keep in mind that I already know programming thing such as loops, conditions, classes but I'm just a beginner.

I pretty much dived into the "deep end" relying mainly on the MSDN online pages and Stack Overflow. I may have had a copy of the Microsoft C# reference manual for a while but didn't really use it much.
Treehouse did not offer C# courses back then, but I imagine they would have been my "go-to" resource of choice. Are you finding the books you have now a significant learning resource in comparison to the video training?

2,864 PointsI love both the this site and the books, I'm currently using both to get more point of views on the same subject. That's the reason for me to be searching for a good beginner c# books to be used togheter with the courses on the site.
