I have been stuck on this for weeks and I don't how to get assistance. I'm sure that I posted a question in the forum, but I didn't see a response. Here's the problem...I do not know how to get the <> around the email address. That was not taught so far in this course and I don't remember from my previous experience working with SQL a year ago.
In the library database there's a patrons table listing all the users of the library. The columns are id, first_name, last_name, address, email, library_id and zip_code.
Generate a list of strings that are in the following format: Andrew Chalkley andrew@teamtreehouse.com. Concatenate the first name, last name and email address for all users.
Alias it to to_field. This will be used in the "To" field in email marketing.

To concatenate any string you just type the characters in quote marks like so "<" or ">".
You can use the double pipe to add strings together.
SELECT column_name || "Some string" || another_column || "Another string" AS alias FROM table;
Hope that helps.

Andrew
