Task 1 is no longer passing? 3 step array challenge

The task is related to making associative arrays for all of the li elements with name and email, step 1 and 2 have succeeded, but step 3 fails and says that "Task 1 is no longer passing."

What could I have done to have the code work first and then break later? Does anyone have a solution to this?

index.php
<?php
//edit this array

$alena = array ('name' => 'Alena Holligan', 'email' => 'alena.holligan@teamtreehouse.com');
$dave = array ( 'name' => 'Dave McFarland', 'email' => 'dave.mcfarland@teamtreehouse.com');
$treasure = array ( 'name' => 'Treasure Porth', 'email' => 'treasure.porth@teamtreehouse.com');
$andrew = array ( 'name' => 'Andrew Chalkley', 'email' => 'andrew.chalkley@teamtreehouse.com');

$contacts = array($alena, $dave, $treasure, $andrew);

echo $contacts[]['name','email'];

//$contacts[0] will return 'Alena Holligan' in our simple array of names.
echo "<li>Alena Holligan : alena.holligan@teamtreehouse.com</li>\n";
echo "<li>Dave McFarland : dave.mcfarland@teamtreehouse.com</li>\n";
echo "<li>Treasure Porth : treasure.porth@teamtreehouse.com</li>\n";
echo "<li>Andrew Chalkley : andrew.chalkley@teamtreehouse.com</li>\n";
echo "</ul>\n";

Hi Trevor! I set mine up a little differently than you did.

<?php
//edit this array
$contacts = array(
    ['name' => 'Alena Holligan',
    'email' => 'alena.holligan@teamtreehouse.com' ],
    ['name' => 'Dave McFarland',
        'email' => 'dave.mcfarland@teamtreehouse.com'],
    ['name' => 'Treasure Porth',
        'email' => 'treasure.porth@teamtreehouse.com'],
    ['name' => 'Andrew Chalkley',
        'email' => 'andrew.chalkley@teamtreehouse.com']
     );

echo "<ul>\n";
//$contacts[0] will return 'Alena Holligan' in our simple array of names.
echo "<li>{$contacts[0]['name']} : {$contacts[0]['email']}</li>\n";
echo "<li>{$contacts[1]['name']} : {$contacts[1]['email']}</li>\n";
echo "<li>{$contacts[2]['name']} : {$contacts[2]['email']}</li>\n";
echo "<li>{$contacts[3]['name']} : {$contacts[3]['email']}</li>\n";
echo "</ul>\n";

I hope this helps!
