Can someone explain to me what is wrong with my Ternary If statement?

int value = -1;
string textColor = null;

return (value < 0) ? textColor = "red" : textColor = "green";

First, return can only be used inside a function.

There's no function in this challenge, so you can't have return. Then, you should make the assignment using the result of the ternary instead of embedding assignments inside it. Use the ternary to choose which value to assign.

textColor = (value < 0) ? "red" : "green";
