946 PointsThe preview doesn´t show the changes i have made in my css file! Can anybody tell me why?
Hello Treehouse Community,
i follow every step in the video and wanted to see the changes, but nothing has changed in the browser ( and yes i relaunch my workspace multiple times). Furthermore i think i can say, i know how CSS is working in general and can´t find the error in the code. Maybe somebody can help me. Thank you, for your time.

13,037 PointsLisa Henkel if you see the answer i wrote below you will see that the style.css is within a folder and the way to tell the the html where the file is you need to state which folder its in before telling the html what the file name is if you look at your can and see where you have written <link rel="stylesheet" href="styles.css"> it will need to be changed to <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/styles.css">

if not try
<link href="css/style.css" rel="stylesheet">
or if your css isnt in a folder try
<link href="style.css" rel="stylesheet">
but make sure the name of the css is the same as yours
