Treehouse StaffHey Josh!
We're sorry to hear of any troubles. If you are using Internet Explorer or Safari, please switch to Chrome or Firefox. If you are already using Chrome or Firefox, please open a new window in Incognito Mode (Chrome) or Privacy Mode (Firefox) and try playing a video. This'll disable any 3rd party plugins you have installed within your browser. If the video playback improves, then it means you have a plugin installed that is interfering with video playback on our site- likely one that has to do with HTML5. As an example, students will sometimes find that if they have a pop-up blocker plugin installed, this can cause this to happen.
If you still are running into any issues after trying that, can you please email us at help@teamtreehouse.com? We can try to help troubleshoot this further with you!
Best, Kara
