Is there a place where I can find the total number of people that have completed the Front End track?

Treehouse TeacherNo, I don't believe so. Your closest bet would be checking the badges of every user with some sort of scraping which would likely be frowned upon by Treehouse. Furthermore, tracks are updated to include new courses and remove courses which are outdated. Also, even if you could find every user, not all of their profiles are made public and available through the API.
I suppose if you're really interested in statistics, you could contact support at help@teamtreehouse.com and see if they could provide the numbers for you.
