Track & Tech-degree

Why are there different courses between the "Front end web development track" and the "Front end web development Tech degree"? However, they cover the same topic, like should I finish those in the tech degree first then complete the rest in the track? Also, after that should I search for more in the library?

If you focus on one track or degree, you'll finish that sooner and you'll presumably have a knowledge-base that is usable by itself (to get a job, for example).

Later you will have your own clear ideas of what you want to learn and what you do not want to learn, if you catch up with the flow of the constant evolution in the industry.

So I should just complete the tech-degree courses then look if i need some course(s) from the library?

I'd suggest to do so. If there is a specific topic that you want to go deeper with and learn about it from multiple sources, than go for it. (This is very useful for the topics you find extremely hard and painful!)
