treehouse charged for trial period

Treehouse charged me for one month ,In the last day of my free week trial .treehouse immediately charged me for one month of subscription although it was the last day of week trial ( day before its finish) . ofcourse i canceled my subscription ,but i cant understand why in the same day of my last week trial day the charged and not day after( seems like it is a method to take money and mislead the new costumer with a "Free" WEEK Trial). If i knew it will be in this insta-charging method before ,i wouldn't even try the free trial. I am really disappointed and demand my money back.

Hi Dima,

I know you are furious right now but believe me Treehouse is an honest organization and has no motiv to mislead any of it's learners/customers by 'tempting' them to sign-up for a 7-day trial at Treehouse.

Firstly, I would recommend that you will contact Treehouse Support team and explain them your situation. Unfortunately these type of questions are not meant to be posted in the forum since there's no one who could give you a reasonable explanation about this inconvenient situation except for the mods who will agree with me and recommend to contact the Support team.

Secondly, maybe you have confused between the dates you we're supposed to be charged. Again I'm in no place to judge or make a decision just trying to help a Treehouse student with his issues that's all.
