3,493 PointsTreehouse comiler says 'code took too long to run.'
I can't see a ptoblem but where am I going wrong?
I have added a bool which should be returned and I assumed it would default to true
namespace Treehouse.CodeChallenges
{
class Frog
{
public readonly int TongueLength;
public Frog(int tongueLength)
{
TongueLength = tongueLength;
}
Frog bob = new Frog(5);
public bool EatFly(int distanceToFly)
{
bool eaten = distanceToFly < bob.TongueLength;
return eaten;
}
}
}

Courses Plus Student 6,415 PointsYou can't instantiate a frog object inside the frog class, remember this is just the class, it's the blue print, the method should only catch a "distanceToFly" parameter and check it against the property TongueLength (which already will be set inside a frog instance in runtime), so all you need to do is:
public bool EatFly(int distanceToFly)
{
return distanceToFly < TongueLength;
}
