Wanted to know if I can host Node JS website in shared hosting like GoDaddy etc.

I'm going through the Full-Stack Javascript track. I've worked with PHP before so I know shared hosting with PHP is easy but had my doubts about Node.

I have never worked with any Node JS app but I did remember reading an article somewhere while I was researching for alternative CMS platforms other than Wordpress, Drupal and etc. and saw someone talking about how Node JS was still fairly new so there are some web hosts that still don't support them. For example, my web host, Inmotion Hosting, only supports it on their VPS and Dedicated Hosting but not on their shared hosting plans. I think the best way would be to specifically Google search for web hosts that support Node.JS or contact customer service of the web host that you're intending to purchase hosting from to check with them if they support it.

Thanks for your response. I've looked into it, can't host Node JS app in shared hosting but on Virtual Private Servers which are a bit expensive compared to shared hosting but they are the future.
