Weird question does anybody know how to make an RC Car

i want to build one and program it this summer.

This might be a good project for a microcontroller such as an Arduino. The standard library for Arduino (and probably many other microcontrollers) includes functions for controlling servos like the ones typically used in RC vehicles.

While this isn't taught here, there's tons of development support available online.
