C# C# Objects Inheritance Throwing Exceptions

What am I doing wrong

I did it like in the video but got stuck

Program.cs 
int value = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());
Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}", value));

try {
    if (value < 0 || value > 20)
    {
        throw new System.Exception();
    }
}
catch(Exception) 
{
    Console.WriteLine("Value is out of bounds!");
}

The task only asks you to throw the exception, not to catch it. The code checker that runs to verify your code expects it to throw an exception when run, by catching that exception yourself it prevents it from reaching the code checker.

If you remove the try/catch blocks and just keep the if statement that is currently defined there then your code will pass.
