I think the correct code would be:

<!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <title>Lists and Links</title> </head> <body> <ul>
<li><a href="cakes.html">Cakes</a></li> <li><a href="pies.html">Pies</a></li> <li><a href="candy.html">Candy</a></li> </ul>
</body> </html>
