47,353 PointsCSS Foundations is about 13 hours of course material. The Basics course and the new CSS courses by Gil appear to cover everything in the foundations course and more up to date content. I recommend focusing on the new series of CSS courses as the foundations course is old, though very useful:

The foundation course is a deeper look into css, if your going to do both, i'd say do the basics first.
