What is wrong with my code?

Create a function named dir_contains takes a path to a directory and a list of file names. If all of the file names exist within that directory, return True, otherwise, return False.

contents.py 
import os

def dir_contains(path, names):
    files = os.listdir(path)
    amount = len(names)
    current = 0
    for name in names:
        if name in files:
            current += 1
    if amount=current:
        return True
    else:
        return False

You're really close! But the operator to compare for equality is "==". Just one "=" is an assignment operator.
