Java Java Basics Getting Started with Java Strings, Variables, and Formatting

what? Now replace <YOUR NAME> in the console.printf expression with the firstName variable using the string formatter

Not sure what I ma being asked to do here

Name.java
// I have setup a java.io.Console object for you named console
String firstName = "Gary";
console.printf("%s can code in Java!");

i did it just as the video says, and i looked here, and while it looks like i did it right, it still says 1 error, I am just not seeing where the error is to correct it.

Hi Gary O'Neill, for the first task:

String firstName = "Gary";

the second:

console.printf("Gary can code in Java!");

and the third:

console.printf("%s can code in Java!", firstName);

I did the same thing and it is not working!

Yeah it is not working for me neither.
