slices.py
student_gpas = [4.0, 2.3, 3.5, 3.7, 3.9, 2.8, 1.5, 4.0]
sliced_gpas = student_gpas = [2:5]

Try it with only:

student_gpas[2:5]

When using slice don't use = after the name of the list.

student_gpas = [4.0, 2.3, 3.5, 3.7, 3.9, 2.8, 1.5, 4.0]
# Don't
sliced_gpas = student_gpas = [2:5] # Error
# Do
student_gpas = [2:5] # OK
sliced_gpas = [2:5] # OK
# or
sliced_gpas, student_gpas = [2:5], [2:5]  # OK
# or
sliced_gpas = student_gpas == [2:5] # This will assign to sliced_gpas a boolean value

There should only be one assignment operator. And it's not the one currently after student_gpas.
