Where am i going wrong?

@app.route('/')
@app.route('/<name>')
@app.route('/multiply/<num1>/<num2>')
@app.route('/multiply/<int:num1>/<num2>')

    return' {} * {} = {}' .format(num1, num2, num1*num2)

I think i got the @app.route right i just need to know how to add 5*5 in my code? I think .. then again the whole thing could be wrong

Hey mike henning, you have almost gotten it.

  • for the floats, need to explicitly use “float”, as in, `<float:num1>/<float:num2>'
  • the return should just be the product as a string: '{}'.format(num1*num2)
  • remove space between string and float method
  • add space between return and opening quote characters
  • include default values for num1 and num2 if any route many omit them.
  • “name” route not needed
