I keep getting try again.

racecar.py
class RaceCar:

    def __init__(self, color, fuel_remaining, laps, **kwargs):
        self.color = color
        self.laps = laps
        laps = 0
        self.fuel_remaining = fuel_remaining

        for key, value in kwargs.items():
            setattr(self, key, value)

    def run_lap(self, length):
        self.fuel_remaining -= length * 0.125
        self.laps += 1

The instructions do not ask for (or expect) "laps" to be a required argment to create a new instance. You only need to preset it to 0.

thank you, I solved it
