Which programming language to learn my software idea

My goal:

I want to have a software that scrapes a certain page's HTML elements such as meta titles, meta description, h1, h2, (plus much more) and exports it into a CSV file. In the future, it will connect with API's such as this one https://ahrefs.com/api, to grab more insightful data of the page itself.

Any help/guidance is appreciated!
