31 PointsI saw the iTunes feed option but that's far from ideal. I doubt I'll be reactivating after all.

3,616 PointsI received an email from them not too long ago saying that they believe students learn better through the web app and they will no longer update their app. I used to have their app and I have to agree, it wasn't that beneficial in terms of learning on the go.

12,126 PointsI have to politely disagree. The iPhone app was really responsive and the code editor baked into the keyboard was awesome. It did lack some of the content but it was extremely good. I used it often at work.

793 PointsI find it pretty ridiculous that a website that is supposed to be able to teach you how to code mobile applications lacks the expertise to create and maintain a solid mobile app. Even if it was just a webkit wrapper for the website that I could easily be logged into on my phone, at least it would be accessible. They should have the expertise to make something snappy.
When I had an Android phone I used their Android app all the time. When I'd be waiting in line somewhere, I'd watch a video or two; etc. Now that I have an iphone that is no longer an option.
This is one of several reasons we most likely will not be renewing our corporate package at TreeHouse when it is up.

2,210 PointsI do want an app because I rather watch in one pc or screen and just use my regular text editor without having to change screens all the time. For that I'd primarly use it on my chromecast.

4,935 PointsAny news on this? Treehouse is behind the times not having an Apple TV app like other online learning site.
It would be SO nice to have this!

3,512 PointsSo the reason why I want an app is so that I can watch the tutorials on the go. I have deleted the music/social media accounts off my phone so I can focus more. On my lunch break, during my commute or even just during my downtime I just want to watch. I sometimes watch a video multiple times just because it’s there. I feel since an app was on the apple store at one time it should’ve been left on there.
I have the app on my phone still but the actual test code sections don’t recognize your inputs. The code is right but still gives you an error message. Maybe that’s why they took it off. Maybe they couldn’t get it to work?
