Why does my workspace highlight 'background-blend-mode' in red?

When I type background-blend-mode: multiply; my workspace highlights 'background-blend-mode' in red. My code is working but why is this?

Hey Karina Rogers , often when you see something like that in an editor, it has to do there being incomplete support or a potential issue with that property or whatever it happens to be. Meaning it may not work in all browser or older version of browsers. When I search that property in caniuse, I can see that it has pretty good support, but the notes at the bottom of this page say there are potentially some issues.
