Hey Joshua,

This was actually a really poorly written question. I hadn't done it myself, so I ran through it and it's actually more confusing than it needs to be. That aside, I'll post the working code and explain what they were asking:

/***********************************************
Top bar color 
***********************************************/
html {
  border-top: 65px solid #4D7094;
}

The challenge asks you to "Edit the top bar so that it has a size of 65px, and set its color to #4D7094.", which simply means "Set the top border of the html element to 65px and then set the color to #4D7094."

Keep in mind in your attempted solution you were adding code to a comment, and nothing inside of a comment gets processed. You were really close though!
