why i am having a bummer with this

const quantity = 47;
const salesTotal = retailPrice * quantity
const profit = 469.53 - (5.45 * 47); // total is 213.38

Hi Florentine You substituted the values in you equation. You want to use the variables like you did to calculate the salesTotal. So something like salesTotal - wholeSalePrice * quantity.
