Why I am not getting the same result?

print(not 41 < 91)// 41>91 = false



alert(!41 < 91)
Is Python not operator   is not he same as JS not operator?
Is python not operator does not change the value of 41 to negative 41?  
Does the not operator in Python only change the 
sign?

//it is the same, just the syntax in this case is different
alert(!(41 < 91)) // False
