Why is my code not working on this?

I feel that it's not just me confused on this because of the sheer amount of treehouse results that I got when putting the question in a search engine. Also the text editor says: "Complete the challenge by writing CSS below." This is the first time I feel like it's asking for me to write CSS and HTML in the same text editor which is also confusing....along with the fact that I dug for sometime online and found even more confusing answers. At this point I just need the actual code to continue this challenge and get on with it, knowadda mean:)

style.css
/* Complete the challenge by writing CSS below */

/* Clearfix ---------------------------------- */

.group:after {
  content: "";
  display: table;
  clear: both;
}

.content-lodging {
  float: right;
}

.content-traveling {
  float: left;
}

.secondary-content {
  clear: both;
}
index.html

        <p>
          Lake Tahoe is full of wonderful places to stay. You have the ability to sleep in the outdoors in a tent, or relax like a king at a five star resort. Here are our top three resorts:

        <ul>

          <li><a href="#resorts">South Lake Tahoe Resorts</a></li>
          <li><a href="#lodging">Tahoe Ski Resort Lodging</a></li>

        <h3>Pack Accordingly</h3>
        <p>
          One of most important things when it comes to traveling through the great outdoors is packing accordingly. Here are a few tips:
        </p>
        <ol>
          <li>Bring layers of clothing</li>
          <li>Pack sunscreen</li>
          <li>Carry extra water just in case</li>
          <li>Pack light</li>
        </ol>
      </div>
        </div><!-- End .secondary-content -->

        <footer class="main-footer">
            <p>All rights reserved to the state of <a href="#">California</a>.</p>
            <a href="#top">Back to top &raquo;</a>
        </footer>
  </body>

You forgot to assign the clearfix class to the div they asked. :)
