why me regex doesn`t work?

Create a variable names that is an re.match() against string. The pattern should provide two groups, one for a last name match and one for a first name match. The name parts are separated by a comma and a space.

this is my code: import re

string = 'Perotto, Pier Giorgio' names = re.match(r"([-\w]+\s[-\w]+)", string)

why its doesnt work?

names.py 
import re

string = 'Perotto, Pier Giorgio'
names = re.match(r'([-\w]+\s[-\w]+)', string)

Here's a few hints:

  • the regex needs two groups (using parentheses)
  • it must account for the comma between the names
  • it must allow for a space to be part of the first name
