Work space preview delays and wont show transition (Solved)

Idk if it just my machine or something with workspaces but the transition will delay and not transition smoothly. Code is the same as always so i am not going to post it. Just an unexpected behavior.

SOLVED: Workspaces does weird thing and i just had to launch and refresh for a third time for it to work.

Yes, I get this issue on occasion with chrome, just make it habit to refresh the browser cache if you're unsure about why something isn't working. CTRL+F5
