Yearly plan TTH - why it's not here?

How come Yearly plan was removed from TTH? Is it not there anymore? Been looking and googling for it for a while now, and I can't find it.

Aurelian Spodarec I don't believe it has been removed. When I click on "Subscription" at the top there is a section titled "Subscription Information". In there is a section called billing and there is a link that says "Switch to Annual". Try that :smiley:

There is nothing that says 'Switch to Annual' - I even ctr+f searched it.

I remember I had it before, but not it disappeared! Not to mention about the little bug they have on the button! : p

Aurelian Spodarec then you should contact help@teamtreehouse.com to get assistance with your billing. As you likely know, your fellow students simply cannot assist you in this regard. As for the "bug" with some unspecified button, you should also point that out to Support :smiley:

Aurelian Spodarec I have already specified that I do see the option to switch my billing to annual. Please contact support at help@teamtreehouse.com for assistance. It could be that yearly billing is only available to certain payment options. I really have no idea which is exactly why you need to contact Support :smiley:

I never saw a post you saying you do see it :D You just gave directions to it - maybe it was off your head :D

Could you provide a screenshot? :D Maybe I'm blind and my search is broken xd

I believe you that you do see what you said - I never said that you are lying.

"When I click..." meaning that I did that right now at the time of the posting. - Yes, I know I believe you.

All I wanted is to see how your screen looks like, nothing else.

Please contact support. I am unable to assist you further. - Again, I'm not talking about that, I understood it the first time :)

I just asked for a simple screenshot, if not, then no, if yes, then yes :) And thanks for making the effort to 'cover' up your perosnal info and showing it - that's it! Simple! :)

My subscription screen looks slightly different to Jennifer's, but I still have the option as well: Screenshot

It must be to do with the super secret plans that we're on!

I figured out that you need to actually have the account active.

And in fact, I just got the subscription, and I can switch to it :)

Bad UX, bad UX TTH on that one! : p

Though it's only $50 savings! Before you could save more, than only 2.5months? Before you could save for 5months.

Either way, it's cheap but just a thought - at the end I only need specific stuff from here, so I'd use TTH few months a year anyway xd 2-3 xd I guess.
